At Accent we believe that it is important that the client be given as much information as possible so that they may make an informed decision when deciding who they want to build their new home.

The initial enquiry from our clients generally results in one of our comprehensive brochure packages being dispatched or hand delivered. The package contains: -

  • Background information on the company
  • Information relating to the procedures involved in buying a new home.
  • Scale drawing of our current advertised home (or several that may suit your needs after discussion with our consultant) along with a full list of inclusions or specifications in the home/s.
  • A comprehensive range of product brochures and selection information.

After your first meeting with our consultant we will develop a quality sketch of your new home and it will be presented to you in a personalised folder. That presentation will include: -

  • Cover page with quoted price
  • 1:100 scale drawing (floor plan and front elevation) of your design (see note 1)
  • Full listing of inclusions
  • Full copy of the general specifications
  • Copy of the foundation (footing and slab) detail included in quoted figure

Note 1: - designs developed by Accent on Homes always remain the property of Accent on Homes and are subject to copyright laws.

Note 2: - the number of free sketches and costings is generally limited to 2 but is always at the discretion of the management.

Developing the design to your new home may take several meetings; we will work with you at your pace with no 'take you out of the market' tactics placing you under unnecessary pressure whilst making one of the most important decisions of your life. The development of the design of your new home is also a free service (see note 2)

With the decision of design and basic inclusions made, we then will help you right through the entire process from colour and material selections, shire, engineering, Water Corporation lodgements and survey of your lot.

Accent's extremely well equipped colour selection centre located in our Canning Vale offices including a full range of ceramic floor and wall tiles along with all the items that you will have to decide on, which means you do not have to traipse all round the city to complete your selections.
