Accent on Homes is one of the company trading names and the one under which we build single storey homes only.
Generally Accent’s single storey homes are constructed for the second and subsequent home buyer due to the reasonably high specification and the fact that a large number of the homes built to individual designs.

Central Avenue Homes was created as a separate division within Accent on Homes dedicated to double storey construction.
This decision was taken due to the increasing demand for product to suit small lots and suburban redevelopment as well as higher specification large homes.
While we have developed a small range of homes (suited to the smaller lot size) as standards, Central Avenue runs in a similar fashion to Accent with the emphasis being on working with the client to design their new home specific to their lot and within their budget.
