Central Avenue Homes are one of the few builders that offer a ‘build to lock up’ option to its clients.

While this is certainly not an option for all prospective new home buyers, it does suit those that would have otherwise owner built but have come across obstacles in respect to obtaining finance (many lenders have placed restrictions on lending to owner builders), have found the whole process overwhelming or time consuming or it may be that you have access to a pool of friends or relatives with the appropriate skills or certifications and/or have possess some of those skills yourself.

'It may be that you simply want to have a lot more involvement in the completion of your home but want the security that comes with having a registered builder complete the main structure. This of course means you will be provided with a home indemnity policy to cover the structure of the home along of course with the normal warranty that we cover as the builder of that structure.

One of the advantages that comes with the build to lock up process is that at Central Avenue we apply a lower margin to these projects which is logical as we take on a lower level of risk as well as the reduced level of resource that are required to process the job to site not to mention the shorter time under our control whilst at site.
